With the CleverTap Customer Engagement platform, we were able to push in customer data from their loyalty program and in store sales POS data.

What we did:

• Utilized CleverTap segmentation feature to segment customers into specific audiences
• Set up automated customer journeys with the goal to build customer loyalty to communicate back to four separate social media channels.
