Daikin was looking for a way to give better value to their customers via one of the most popular chat apps in the market, Line. 

  • Set up a new Line OA Rich Menu, allowing users a wide range of activities, but most importantly: Purchasing, booking Service, FAQ and Maintenance.
  • For each activity we made sure that the users have to first opt in so we can collect their Line UID for future 1:1 marketing.
  • We developed Rich menu response using the Line Messaging API
  • We integrated with the Daikin back end for Maintenance bookings, Aircon bookings and more.  
  • We stored all customer data in a single Database for use by Daikin for future marketing.
