Daikin


Daikin was looking for a way to give better value to their customers via one of the most popular chat apps in the market, Line

  - Set up a new Line OA Rich Menu, allowing users a wide range of activities, but most importantly: Purchasing, booking Service, FAQ and Maintenance.
  - For each activity we made sure that the users have to first opt in so we can collect their Line UID for future 1:1 marketing.
  - We developed Rich menu response using the Line Messaging API
  - We integrated with the Daikin back end for Maintenance bookings, Aircon bookings and more.
  - We stored all customer data in a single Database for use by Daikin for future marketing.



Nissan


Nissan Motors was looking for an agency to help them with their end to end CRM lifecycle management from lead nurture to new customers and then after sales service to repeat purchase. They asked us to utilize their current tech stack and implement a full program for them.

We utilized their current tech stack made up of Microsoft Dynamics for Core CRM and SalesForce Marketing cloud for the omnichannel marketing communications. We implemented the following solutions:

  - Data Capture analysis and tech stack Strategy consulting
  - Redesign of their Tech stack
  - Data segmentation strategy across the entire lifecycle
  - communication and Graphics for all CRM communications including: routine Campaigns, Book test Drive lead nurturing, Motor Expo lead nurturing.

AIQ implemented the MessageBird Set up and integration with Salesforce Service cloud. Both MessageBird and SalesForce are open platforms, allowing for the easy customization that resulted in a better customer experience.

  - MessageBird Omnichannel Widget on the home page website
  - Direct connection to social chat channels: Line, Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp.
  - Development of Chat bot scripts that provided FAQ, ability to book appointments, and direct access to a live agent if needed.

  - Push all data into Salesforce which is where appointments are booked and moved through the automated online registration process.
